About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business System/Process Analyst with experience delivering end-user training. This role has great cope that includes Business process analysis and design giving exposure to document management/enterprise content management systems. You will be able to identify and document business requirements. Some NZ Domestic travel is required.
Skills Required:
- Experience in Business System/Process Analysis
- Business process design and analysis
- Responsible for the development of training material
- Presentation of this training material, On-site/Hands-on support of the IT Systems to the business
- A knowledge of Enterprise Content Management systems an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills
