The Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Advisor is responsible for delivering end to end recruitment processes, playing a critical role in ensuring the business are hiring the best possible talent.
You will be a business partner- working with the Hiring Managers to identify future resourcing needs for new staff, and will prepare robust recruitment plans to deliver to the Managers requirements and provide full candidate service.
The role will corrdinate interviews and asssit Managers with the interview process, attend and present at Expos to promote the business to new graduates and will be able to source innovatively.
If you have 2-4 years experience in recruitment, enjoy engaging with people and can coach Managers for capability, enjoy project work and can work at pace in a volume environment- then we want to hear from you!
