Opportunity for a 12 month Fixed term contract with an organisation in growth mode!
This role is accountable for providing anefficient and effective Talent Acquisitionprocess by partnering with Managers.
The primary function of this role is to partner with Managers to understand the business; the role requirements and culture to find high quality talent and great hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering
- Mid level recruitment
- Quality and best practices with regards to streamlined processes
- Maximising candidate and hiring manager experiences
Key to your success will be your ability to work with the Group to ensure business recruitment needs are understood and appropriate actions taken for successful hires, complete a comprehensive job brief from hiring manager and undertake needs analysis on current job vacancies and
make recommendations on key skills required and consult and advise hiring managers on position descriptions and person specifications.
