Opportunity for an intermediate/senior level recruiter to join a large complex organisation in South Auckland on a 9-month hourly rate contract.
Ideally we are looking for experience in complex or government environments (experience in regulated environments will be well regarded), a contractor that can come in and hit the ground running, can work at pace and can support in an environment that has largely manual processes.
This role have 2 days WFH. The role will largely be on site and parking is provided.
You will be part of an existing recruitment team, supporting through a busy period, supported by a coordinator.
You will be responsible for:
- End to end recruitment for complex roles
- Supporting team leaders interview preparation
- Driving best practice recruitment processes
