Based in Wellington CBD, looking for a team administrator who is able to hit the ground running!
About the role:
As a Team Administrator you will help provide exceptional administrative support and coordination for a team. The role has a broad range of responsibilities and includes calendars, meeting organisation, booking travel, accommodation and catering, taking minutes in meetings and supporting as required.

- $30.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience
- Up to 2 days WFH once trained
- Wellington CBD location
- Experience in a team administrator, Coordinator, or administrative based role
- Excellent organisational skills with a positive “can do” attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a strong customer service focus.
- Technical savvy with knowledge of the Microsoft suite
