We have various Team Administrator roles, varying in length from 3 to 6 months, commencing ASAP. Our Team Administrator opportunities are for both government and not for profit organisations.   • Hourly rate range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
  • Wellington CBD – various locations
  • 3 – 6-month average length
  • Work from home flexibility.
Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Ad hoc administration support to teams as required.  
  • Supporting the constantly changing diary and meeting requests.
  • Responding to correspondence and emails to support managers.
  • Ability to support writing of documents and proof reading.
  • Confident to step in when required with minute taking and preparation of meeting papers.
About You:
 
  • You will have experience as a Team Administrator.
  • You will be highly organised and proactive in your role.
  • You will be confident in a dynamic environment and flexible in your approach; willing to roll up your sleeves up and pitch in where required.
  • You will be self-managing and able to handle a demanding workload while working with different styles and conflicting priorities.
  • Microsoft Office.
