If you have a strong, proven administrative background, can complete the tasks below and have a positive can-do attitude this is for you! Don't hesitate to apply!

  • $25 - 35 per hour, 40 hours per week
  • 1 day - 6-month assignments
  • Exclusive government and private sector roles
  • Working Holiday Visas welcomed

We are seeking the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • High-level customer service and internal/external stakeholder engagement
  • Basic accounting support such as processing invoices
  • Answering and directing phone call
  • Using the MS Office Suite at intermediate level and above
  • Minute taking (action points)
  • Diary and In-box management
  • Meeting room management
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Drafting of documents and correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Efficient and organised with solid time management skills
  • A friendly and professional attitude with a high level of personal presentation

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in these duties as well as a flexible working style and strong initiative.
