- High-level customer service and internal/external stakeholder engagement
- Basic accounting support such as processing invoices
- Answering and directing phone call
- Using the MS Office Suite at intermediate level and above
- Minute taking (action points)
- Diary and In-box management
- Meeting room management
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Drafting of documents and correspondence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Efficient and organised with solid time management skills
- A friendly and professional attitude with a high level of personal presentation
