Are you an experienced administrator looking for a fresh start in January 2022?

We have three 12 Month Fixed Term Team Administrator roles commencing ASAP or January 2022! Looking for candidates with previous administration/office experience who have the ability to hit the ground running.

  • 12 Month Fixed Term Team Administrator role
  • Up to $55K depending on experience
  • CBD location
  • Available ASAP or January 2022
  • High profile government organisation
  • Must be a New Zealand Citizen

We are currently looking for candidates for opportunities for mid – high level Team Administrator roles! This role requiers an excellent level of customer service, high level of administration and coordination abilities. This is a very busy role with a wide range of day to day tasks and duties.

Day to Day:

  • High-level customer service and internal/external stakeholder engagement
  • Administration - email management, diary management and attending meetings
  • System savvy and ability to pick up a specific systems management
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Using the MS Office Suite at intermediate level and above

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in these duties as well as a flexible working style and strong initiative.
