We are looking for a Team Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic team. We are a government agency looking for someone to provide exemplary administration, secretarial and coordination support.
Responsibilities include:

Management of email, inbox, and diary

Coordinate meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Create, maintain and update reports

Develop and draft a range of correspondence

Coordinate meeting agendas

Manage events, including logistics and programme scheduling

Oversee resource, finance, HR, and travel administration
