We are seeking an experienced Administrator for a Team Coordination role, supporting a Senior Manager and the wider team. This role is heavily involved in community relationships and requires good exposure to Te Ao Māori and good comfort levels in an environment that is highly Te Reo Māori oriented.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel organisation
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Minute taking and formatting
  • Database management
  • Event organisation
  • Basic invoicing procedures
  • New employee onboarding
  • Internal and external liaison with key stakeholders

You must have experience and capability in:

  • Administrative and team support
  • MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally exposure to Te Reo Māori
