We currently on the hunt for a Team Coordinator who has a Transcribing background! This is a permanent role based in Porirua. Ideally someone who has previous experience overseeing a small team.

  • Commencing ASAP (will wait a 4-week notice period)
  • Permanent role up to $67,000K depending on experience
  • Porirua location
  • Strong Coordinator with a Transcribing/Clinical typist background

Key responsibilities include:

  • Previous administration experience and experience overseeing a small team
  • Coordination and management of team workflows
  • Maintenance of typing systems and work processes
  • Excellent communication with staff
  • Other general administration tasks as required

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Strong administration skills, within a government agency is advantageous where there is a high volume of processing needing to be done
  • Someone who has good attention to detail
  • Someone who has good customer skills
  • Someone who is a natural problem solver

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
  • Live in Wellington - Porirua location
