We currently on the hunt for a Team Coordinator who has a Transcribing background! This is a permanent role based in Porirua. Ideally someone who has previous experience overseeing a small team.
- Commencing ASAP (will wait a 4-week notice period)
- Permanent role up to $67,000K depending on experience
- Porirua location
- Strong Coordinator with a Transcribing/Clinical typist background
Key responsibilities include:
- Previous administration experience and experience overseeing a small team
- Coordination and management of team workflows
- Maintenance of typing systems and work processes
- Excellent communication with staff
- Other general administration tasks as required
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Strong administration skills, within a government agency is advantageous where there is a high volume of processing needing to be done
- Someone who has good attention to detail
- Someone who has good customer skills
- Someone who is a natural problem solver
