We are seeking an experienced Administrator for a Team Coordination role, supporting a Senior Manager and the wider team. This role is heavily involved in community relationships and requires a strong foundation of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel organisation
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Minute taking and formatting
  • Database management
  • Event organisation
  • Basic invoicing procedures
  • New employee onboarding
  • Internal and external liaison with key stakeholders

You must have experience and capability in:

  • Administrative and team support
  • MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally fluency in Te Reo Māori
