This is a unique opportunity to combine you trade qualification in plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying with your excellent communication skills, investigative nature and natural problem-solving ability. As Technical Advisor you will be responsible for a wide range of functions and use your extensive knowledge to add value and make a difference.
You will have the opportunity to assist in:
- Investigations and complaints in relation to providing technical advice
- Use your communication skills to complete articles and information for regular newsletters and update the website
- Maintain the helpdesk to provide guidance and advice to tradespeople on technical issues
- Maintain relationships with a range of external stakeholders, complete site visits and attend trade shows
