About the role:

  • Field Incoming Help Requests
  • Resolve IT issues
  • Escalate Advance Case
  • Maintain Service Records & IT Documentation 

About you:

  • 4+ years as a Service Desk or IT System Admin
  • Reasonable level of technical skills, preferably with some Server/Network infrastructure
  • Analytical ability to identify opportunities for bringing in more 1st level remote resolution
  • Collaborate with other teams
  • Write clear documentation
  • Mentor and train other staff members
  • ServiceNow experience is a plus
