Technical Broadband Agent

We are looking for telco, fibre and broadband experts able to guide new customers with installation, set-up and troubleshooting enquiries. This is an amazing opportunity to join an established company that has been connecting New Zealanders for many years. Come on board, deliver to customer needs by creating solutions.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Broadband & Fibre support
  • Technical & troubleshooting experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written & spoken
  • Prior experience working in a phone-based contact centre
  • Technically savvy & comfortable working across multiple platforms
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster between 8.00AM and 10.00PM
  • NZ Citizenship / NZ Permanent Residency / Residency is required

About the role:

  • Answering  level 1 Broadband & Fibre technical queries over email & phone
  • Providing troubleshooting support
  • Offering excellent first line customer service
  • Internal & external team liaison to provide the best solution
