Contract Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a contract engagement running from October 2026 to March 2027. You will take ownership of day-to-day delivery across two key initiatives: a data-focused workstream involving vendor data feeds and monitoring, and a digital workstream delivering upgrades to a customer web application to enable new transactional capabilities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can step in quickly, work confidently with internal teams and external partners, and drive outcomes from detailed requirements through testing and go-live readiness.
Required Skills
- CRM experience
- Financial services experience (highly desirable)
- Strong requirements capability including detailed requirements, business rules and logic, and process mapping
- Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs and data flow documentation
- Demonstrated delivery ownership across multiple workstreams, coordinating internal teams and external vendors
- Solid testing involvement including test planning support, test execution support, UAT coordination and go-live readiness
- Experience working with data feeds, integrations and third-party platforms, including monitoring and quality considerations
- Confident stakeholder management and clear communication across business and technical audiences
