- Technical Delivery Coordinator
- Part-time (from 8 – 32 hours per fortnight)
- 10-month contract (December start)
- Auckland
Beyond Recruitment is partnering with a national client to secure a Technical Delivery Coordinator to support the on-site coordination and delivery of critical technical infrastructure implementations across various sites.
This is a hands-on delivery coordination role suited to someone who is comfortable being the on-the-ground “glue” between technical specialists, vendors, and construction trades—ensuring installations are sequenced correctly, risks are raised early, and delivery stays safe and on track.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll assist with coordinating and overseeing on-site delivery and commissioning across:
- LAN/WAN network infrastructure (physical components, configuration support, structured cabling)
- Server room build and facilities
- Site security systems (access control, alarms, CCTV)
- Audio-visual (AV) systems
- Supporting hypercare / early life support where required
You’ll also:
- Act as the on-site point of contact for implementation activities
- Verify site readiness (construction/infrastructure completed enough to proceed)
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
- Coordinate multiple parties to resolve on-site delivery conflicts
- Provide clear updates to project leadership and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience delivering or coordinating IT infrastructure / workplace tech / operational tech implementations
- Strong working knowledge of networks, structured cabling, server room environments, and physical tech installs
- Confidence coordinating vendors/contractors and resolving issues on-site
- Ability to interpret technical designs, build documentation, and installation requirements
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently, with a practical “get it done” approach
Security & travel requirements
- Must be able to pass Police vetting and be a NZ citizen
- Travel required around the Auckland metro area, with limited travel to Northland
- Must have a drivers license and car
