About the role:
- Stable company on Auckland’s North Shore specialising in Investment Management require a Technical PM to lead and manage a variety of software orientated projects. Great company, lots of variety and lovely offices.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, or similar role.
- Demonstrated skill managing multiple concurrent projects (Scrum/Agile methodologies preferred) and tracking progress via project management software such as MS Projects, JIRA, etc.
- Minimum three years management experience in the Technology field.
- Ability to multitask while delegating in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Understands and displays passion for customer intimate methodology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain effective.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience in working with outsourced software vendors.
- Degree in Project Management / Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.
