The Role

As a successful business for the past 35 years, they have continued to grow, innovate and refine their offering to respective clients. As part of this success and growth they are now looking for a new Specialist to join their team in a technical role acting as the link between the client and the technical team, providing innovative solutions and combining your customer service skills to ensure positive outcomes for clients. Engaging with both sides you will provide technical specifications to the technical team and liaise with the client around their requirements ensuring the final product is fit for purpose and cost effective.

About You

You will be a detail focused individual possibly with a background providing technical specification, however a passion for it is essential. You will be customer centric and strive for the best outcome for the organisation and the customer. You will have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and build relationships with engineers and workshop specialists, whilst always having the customer at the forefront of decision making.

To be considered for the role you will require:

  • Technical mindset
  • Solution focused approach
  • Understanding of costings, quotes, purchase orders and BOM's
  • Slick computer skills
  • Ability to self manage and produce outcomes
