About the role:
- The focus is all about delivering state of the art security platforms that add real business value.
- Be committed to protecting people and high consequence assets across the finance, education, entertainment, health, defence, corrections and airport industries.
- Be comfortable working across various shifts covering between 6am – 10.30pm NZT
About you:
- At least 3 years prior experience in a Security/IT related industry
- Technical experience working in professional services, as a technician, or field engineer within the security, information systems, or related industries
- Working knowledge of Physical Access Control Systems, cabling, networks, and related peripheral devices such as locks, power supplies, and sensors
- Prior experience in a help desk-based support environment
- Working knowledge of virtual environments (VMWare / vSphere)
