The Enterprise Support Team is seeking a new Team Lead to assist with technical resolutions across complex code level support issues.
You’d be engaged across the technical delivery of software enhancement, and resolution of client problems. Your in-depth technical experience of all the supported applications, products and platforms would be put to good use, including hands-on coding to enhance the functionality of enterprise systems, while mentoring and coaching the team.
We’d be looking for varied experience, including:
- Proven leadership capability, mentoring and coaching
- Experience of integration/middleware products such as IBM, Redhat, Oracle, Mulesoft. In-depth understanding of the benefits and use of a software development life cycle.
- We’ll also be looking to understand how you have positively impacted the outcome in at least two recent development projects.
