- No repetitive boring work here
- ArchiCad strength sought
- Take charge and manage your own projects
Are you an experienced and motivated architectural draughtsperson who will share our clients’ passion to create outstanding results for clients’?
Do you also have structural drafting experience, or are you keen to add this skill to your portfolio?
About the practice
I've been working alongside this client since 2012 and have watched them grow from a small home office with two staff into a successful Remuera based architectural and structural engineering practice who pride themselves on providing a warm, welcome and personal service. Their clients feel it and their team feel it. With the owner having consulted for most of his professional life, he is very well respected in the community and the industry.
Service like this creates ongoing business and they have a number of high end residential project opportunities ahead. This is therefore a great opportunity for an impressive draughtsperson to make their mark within their team.
You will have a passion for the industry and for producing excellence in documentation and a well developed ability to take project and task responsibility.
You are keen to secure a role where you can take your learning to the next level and take charge and project manage your own jobs. We really need someone who can hit the ground running.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- A suitable qualification as a Draughtsperson or Architect with 2-4 years experience
- Experience in ArchiCad
- A high level of knowledge and understanding of relevant NZ building codes and standards
- Strong practical knowledge of detailing capability
- Resource Consent documentation
In return you will work with a modern and forward thinking organisation who will support your desire to use your initiative and have continuous exciting projects for you to be a part of.
