• Technology Change Consultant – Implementation & Go-Live
• 6-month contract
• Auckland

We’re looking for a hands-on Change Consultant to take ownership of change and training delivery midway through a major transformation programme, driving execution through to go-live and BAU.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of change, training, and communications
• Validate and execute existing plans to drive business readiness
• Manage stakeholder engagement and support adoption
• Deliver training and ensure user readiness for go-live
• Support go-live activities, hypercare, and transition to BAU

About You

• Proven experience delivering change in technology transformation programmes, especially during implementation/go-live
• Strong focus on execution and outcomes, not just strategy
• Experience in training delivery, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable stepping into in-flight programmes and working in fast-paced environments
