- Technology Workforce Lead
- ASAP Start to 27 November 2026
- Auckland
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
This is a high-impact advisory role, with no direct reports, focused on defining how capability will be built, sourced, and managed across key technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Mulesoft, Cloud, AI, and legacy systems).
To be considered you must have:
- Experience in technology workforce planning, strategy, or transformation
- Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans
- Strong skills in roadmapping, risk analysis, and dependency mapping
- Experience operating in complex enterprise environments
- Experience in designing workforce capability frameworks (measurement, data, integration)
- Experience in aligning workforce plans with existing programmes and initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and advisory capability
- Ability to identify implementation readiness, sequencing, and next steps
- Experience tracking delivery in Jira
