The Roles :
We have a wide range of administration and customer service roles available and these roles include:
- Administration - all levels
- Office Manager
- Data Entry and Processing
- PA, EA and Team Administration
- Customer Service Representatives
- Project Administration
The Where and When:
These roles are based throughout the CBD, fringe suburbs and South Auckland and all normally have an immediate start - within 1-5 days.
Duration of roles can vary from 1 week, 1 month and sometimes 6 months plus – depending on the need of the organisation such as assisting with a project, leave cover or increased work volumes.
What you will need:
- Previous office based administration/business support experience is a must!
- Adaptable and able to walk into new environments with a positive attitude
- Confident with systems, MS suite and processes
- Available immediately and for 3+ months
