Are you currently seeking a new opportunity and interested in either long or short-term temporary assignments? Do you have a minimum of least two years’ experience in your desired field AND are a holder of Valid Security Clearance; either Confidential, Secret or Top Secret - then please apply below!

At Beyond Recruitment we are currently working with a number of reputable clients that are looking for experienced professionals who have experience as Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and Project Administrators and Coordinators who have valid Security Clearance either Confidential, Secret or Top Secret.

  • Immediate start for 3 months
  • Government Agency
  • Petone
  • $25.00 -$45.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day administration support
  • General clerical and administrative tasks
  • Purchasing
  • Data management +systems administration
  • On and off boarding staff
  • Travel booking
  • Asset management
  • Event management

Please Note: To be eligible to work with Beyond Recruitment, you must have the legal right to work in New Zealand, be available immediately, or a notice period of one week, or less. An availability to work for more than three months, 30+ hours a week and with transport to CBD, Porirua or Lower Hutt are non-negotiable requirements.
