Our client are based the CBD Fringe and is looking for a short -term temp to work over the Christmas period.
We are looking for someone who has worked in an office environment in the past, and can handle and juggle a number of different priorities at any given moment. Within this role, you will be based on reception and will be required to answer any incoming phone calls from customers and manage the incoming mail.
Your duties include:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Organise and manage the mail
- Processing purchase orders
- Any ad hoc duties as required

- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a call centre or office administration
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Must be able to commit to the duration of the assignment.
