Beyond Recruitment are looking for experienced Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants to work on assignments for our Beyond Temporary team. Our roles are Auckland wide and full time, business hours.
You must be:
- Experienced in supporting senior managers in a similar PA or EA role
- Able to produce high quality work
- Adept at diary management and travel bookings
- Comfortable and skilled at being the first point of call for your manager's emails and phone calls
- Able to problem solve
To be considered you must:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Be available immediately
- Be able to provide references from previous employers
- Have a 'can-do' attitude
- Be able to hit the ground running!
- Have advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) skills
