  About the role:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters in Northland
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within grocery, petrol, liquor, and convenience
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and or identify areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

  What you bring to the role:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Junior Account manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with CRM Software and MS Office
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
