About the role:
The Test Automation Lead is responsible for driving, coaching and leading automated testing frameworks, capability, toolchain and best practices.
You will lead the way and provide thought leadership to the wider team in New Zealand and overseas to uplift our test coverage and quality metrics – leading by example and taking the team on the journey to build their skills and understanding.
About you:
- 5+ years experience in quality management, testing or test automation / devops
- Deep technical skills in Test Automation & Tools
- Testing, Quality Management and Automation qualifications
- Test and Quality Management related software experience (Selenium, BDD Frameworks, etc.)
- Experience in coaching and developing junior testers
- Passion for software quality assurance
