We are seeking a Test Manager with Payroll / Holiday Pay experience in working on large scale, enterprise-wide, change management projects for our client’s organisation. As well as leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management ability, we need someone who can roll up their sleeves and who is hands on, and able to perform testing analysis duties where needed.

You will be responsible for delivering all Testing activities including development of the Test Strategies and Text Exit Reports, as well as for the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of testing to ensure successful implementation of each project and the wider Programme of work.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications
  • Plan, schedule and monitor work. Meet milestones. Perform peer reviews
  • Previously demonstrated evidence of good planning and prioritisation skills
  • Be self-managing and able to work in a collaborative style within the team and with the business we are partnering with
  • Previous experience working in challenging and complex environments and experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels
