New opportunity to join a large government organisation in a senior level management position. Bring your leadership skills and help raise the capability of the existing testing practice.
We’re now looking for highly experienced testing services managers or practice leads to build on the current solid foundations within the ministry. Proven leadership skills are an absolute essential for managing this team of up to 50 people.
In this role, your core responsibilities will be ensuring business applications/systems are tested through the SDLC and into production. Testing capabilities include functional and non-functional testing, regression and performance testing utilising automated toolsets.
Having working knowledge of NZ government may be an advantage in this role, however this is not essential. Being able to manage a large team, hit the ground running and influence at a senior level are all absolutely critical. Due to this, excellent communication skills are a key aspect and requirement.
In return for your experience and capability, there is a highly competitive salary of $135,000 to $145,000 per year (dependent on experience) with potential for flexible working arrangements.
