Opportunity for a committed and passionate administrator with exceptional self organisation and time management skills to plan ahead, set priorities.
Come and join a Trust that assists our community with the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate the provision of resources that will support learning and development activities such as, for example:
- Training materials
- Training venues
- Training providers - Promote identified learning and development activities to target groups. This may include the development of a training Calendar and/or other curriculum record
- Facilitate and manage systems and applications that enable workers and other learners to access learning content. This may include a booking or registration system for scheduled courses, or access to a Learning Management System
- Maintain accurate learning/training records, including achievement of competencies
- Provide regular reporting on training completion and skill acquisition, as well as the utilisation of resources
- Process invoicing payments for learning & development activities
- Support initiatives to obtain feedback from learners and other customers about the effectiveness of learning & development activities
- Contribute to initiatives that improve the quality and efficiency of learning & development processes
- As and when agreed with the manager, contribute to or support other aspects of the learning & development function, which may include identification of learning needs and/or the development and delivery of training
About You:
- Self organisation
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills to respond proactively
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of learning management systems would be an advantage
