Our client is looking for a passionate, talented Website & Ecommerce professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee all website & ecommerce functions. You will work closely with website, POS & system developers to improve workflow efficiencies, customer conversion & customer experience for the organisation.
This role is all about leading, creating & implementing effective best practice ecommerce & user experience strategies. Everything is working toward driving & maximising turnover and profit for the group.
You will thrive on the opportunity to work across the marketing teams & coordinate all online activity. You will have the ability to analyse trends and understand data that would be valuable for projects and future growth. You will have a competitive streak where you will want to research what is happening in the market and international trends in website effectiveness. Continually testing & documenting learnings.
This is a diverse role that offers the opportunity to formulate new ideas whilst working with the current success. You will be someone who leads by example, rolling your sleeves up to deliver to what is required. You have a strong work ethic and know what it means to juggle key projects and deadlines. This is a dynamic role & needs an individual that understands this.
Your communication skills will be key to this role as you navigate and work across the business. Your ability to identify opportunities to grow the role & drive a competitive omni channel experience is critical.
Essential skills include (not limited to):
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role ideally in the retail environment
- Google certified in AdWords & understanding of Analytics
- Best practice digital marketing
- Ability to implement strategies for dynamic user experience & improved web design
- Self-motivated & driven
- Ability to guide & oversee the team & workflow
- Possible Marketing/Digital tertiary qualification
- Strategic thinker
