We are currently looking for an experienced Workforce Coordinator fixed term for 6months on a part time basis, while the development of the new system is underway. There is potential for the role to extend and hours to increase.

You will get the chance to work for a well-known not for profit organisation that makes a real difference in the wider Wellington area.  

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience structuring a 24/7 roster, logistics, shift work and collective employment agreements and/or workflow planning
  • High level of organisation
  • Strong multitasker
  • Proficient with MS Suite with strong Excel and Outlook skills
  • Strong internal stakeholder engagement skills
  • Keen eye for process improvement
