We are looking for a smart, savvy analyst with the following skills:
- Strong understanding of data models
- Exposure to HR analytics
- Can navigate multiple systems-Tech1, Snaphire and other universal systems
- Strong technology and data skills, Excel
- Experience working in an ERP environment
- High level of precision
- Understands the HR lifecycle at a conceptual level
- Strong adaptability
