This is the perfect role for a switched on Accounts Administrator with NZ Payroll experience to work 25 hours a week (9.00am-2.30pm) paying $25-$28 per hour

This role will include, but is not limited to;

* Invoicing/Statements
* Receipts
* Debt collection
* Setting up new accounts
* Entering invoices
* Trial balance
* Paying creditors
* Weekly payroll for 15 staff
* GL Account reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* GST returns
* Stock and job transfers
- Assisting the Office Manager with ad-hoc duties
- Liaison with contractors, engineers, suppliers and vendors
- Working experience of Nimbus desirable

To be successful for this role you must have extensive working experience in the skills listed above. It is essential that you are a confident communicator, with a mature attitude. You will be working to weekly and monthly deadlines, so you must be proactive and have strong time management skills.
