An opportunity to join this NZ owned business has come up and the role has a mix of responsibilities where you can add value and make a difference. You will be providing a range of support functions in administration, financial processing and assisting HR with health and safety administration.

Key responsibilities include:

- Front of house - answering phones and meet/greet visitors
- Travel arrangements, accommodation and conference venue bookings
- Preparing company newsletters
- Ordering stationery
- Preparing tender documents
- Accounts payable processing, entering invoices using Navision accounting system
- Fleet vehicle administration
- Health and safety administration including attending meetings and taking minutes

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes and competencies:

- Proven experience in administration/coordination roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure in accounts payable/invoice processing
- Strong customer service and relationship management focus
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- An interest and/or understanding of health and safety
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Professional and positive attitude with corporate presentation
