Beyond Recruitment are looking for an experienced Administrator who has previously worked within either supply chain or replenishment roles. This is not a senior level role, but a support and processing role whose will be to provide efficient and effective administrative to the Stores and Purchasing team. You will also be required to provide a high level of support to a busy Manager so you're ability to work closely with someone who can't always sit down for briefings is important!
This is on-going temp role that may go permanent in 2017 if the workflow increases, therefore your availability long term is required.
Key duties include:
- Monitor supplier performance
- Monitor Consumable purchasing
- Provide Administration and data management support
- Assist with Production support
- Provide Health and Safety support
- Experience in supply chain functions and /or production/manufacturing
- Solid administrative skills incl MS Office
- Purchasing management system experience is preferred.
