Are you an experience Credit Controller, with a resilient nature and confident personality? Do you want to work in a large, successful organisation, where you will be negotiating outstanding debts from clients and working on your own ledger?

This is a challenging role, working on your own ledger, you will often be having difficult conversations, and working out ways to solve tricky billing and credit issues with clients. You will be a results driven person, who gets great satisfaction ensuring company revenue is maximised

To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and experience;

- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Previous credit control experience working on a large ledger
- Have strong MS Office skills
- Be computer Savvy
- The ability to understand technical jargon
- Strong customer service skills
- Have good negotiation skills
- Be able to build rapport easily with a broad range of customers
- Be a clear and confident communicator
- Have a resilient nature
- Be a natural problem solver
- Have excellent reporting skills
- Have a resilient nature
- Be able to manage a high volume of work
- Be organised and task orientated
