This is a permanent role where you will be providing Client Services and administration support to clients, helping familiarise them with service and support across the product range.

This family owned business really loves their customers, and right now are looking for a like-minded individual to join their team. You'll have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, vibrant & hard-working team with strong ethics and values, with the objective of achieving exceptional Customer Service while maintaining accurate administration records

Key Duties/Skills/Experience:

- Top customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Scheduling technician appointments, warranty after-service duties and organising freight
- Processing invoices, filling & payment lodgments (Intuitive preferred)
- Sales Administration where you will provide administration support to Sales Reps & Managers
- Confident Communicator
- Frontline Reception duties
- Co-ordinating with Manufacturing & Production in relation to outgoing stock
- Client Liaison in respect to queries, processing & processing sales orders
- Researching Potential New Customers
