Our client, a large construction company, are looking for a smart and creative writer to coordinate the process of tenders and presentations on an exceptional level.

Key Deliverables of the Role:

  • Basic understanding of Tendering Process
  • Copy writing Experience 
  • General tender and marketing administration
  • On-time delivery of tenders
  • Monthly reporting of tender outcomes
  • Dealing with Site Managers

Key Skills and Competencies Preferred:

  • Relevant experience in the collation of tenders
  • Construction background (advantageous)
  • Excellent English Communication
  • Deadline orientated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Skills in Adobe Publisher/Photoshop/Illustrator/In Design
  • Excellent time management and follow up skills
  • Ability to liaise with a variety of personalities and build relationships with key stakeholders
