**About the role:**
Ensure the secure and appropriate storage of files and documents while supporting users of the Sharepoint and Office365 platforms.

Identifying business process improvement opportunities within processes, proposing and implementing strategies for identified workflow opportunities within the Sharepoint, Office365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.

Develop and train global teams in the use of collaborative and communications tools.

**Skills & experience required:**
- Process Management: Understanding of process and improvement technologies
- Microsoft Office365: Good understanding of and interest in (willing to learn)
- Microsoft Sharepoint: Good understanding of and interest in (willing to learn)
- JAVA / CSS / HTML: Good understanding of and interest in (willing to learn)
- Qualification in business or technology related discipline
- A minimum of 1 year in business systems support or similar (willing to learn)
- Experience administrating Sharepoint and Office 365 (willing to learn)
- Excellent analysis and research skills
- Experience and understanding of the tourism industry preferred
- Ability to multitask when there are competing priorities

- Comprehensive understanding of budget, resource and benefit management
