You will be part of a loud and energetic team of individuals answering call from both Australian and New Zealand consumers. No two days will be the same - you will be answering both general product enquiries as well as managing complaints. You will need to enjoy following process and taking instructions to ensure consistent and accurate customer service levels are maintained at all times.
Previous experience in a call centre, outstanding customer service skills and highly developed communication - both verbal and written - will be the key to your success!
Monday to Friday role, 11.00am - 7.30pm (training will be standard business hours)

- Previous Call Centre Experience
- Fast and Accurate Key Boarding Skills
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel Skills
