We are seeking two customer service representatives for a long term temporary assignment. The role involves providing high levels of service while processing requests promptly within a fast paced contact centre environment.

Skills attributes and experience required:

  • Solid customer service and communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong administration and data entry skills
  • Solid computer skills, with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proven contact centre or call centre experience would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Must be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
