This role is supporting one of the Directors where you will be assigned to various clients providing quality cost information to them through all stages of the design process from sketch drawing to detail design. You will be using your firm understanding of methodology to come up with right cost solutions to clients offering value for money as well as being well tailored to their individual needs.
A largely autonomous role but hugely motivating in being able to make a difference to your clients and new clients.
To be success in this role, you should be already working with either a main contractor or another PQS office in an estimating focussed role with 3 - 6 years of local experience plus tertiary qualifications. It maybe a good opportunity for an estimator currently working with a main contractor now interested in jumping across to a PQS office. You will have a sound understanding of building components, be a star communicator and have effortless ability to guide and consult. Your presentations skills are well honed and you know how to manage a work load independently yet will seek the support when necessary.
