**About the role:**
The CRM Administrator is responsible for business systems management, keeping up to date with new developments and changes to business systems i.e. RCM / SortIT / Dynamics CRM / websites and being the business 'power user' ensuring all relationships are positive and professionally maintained with internal stakeholders and the systems providers achieving the best outcome.

**Skills & experience required:**
- Process Management: Understanding of process and improvement technologies
- Microsoft Office365: Good understanding of and interest in
- Microsoft Sharepoint: Good understanding of and interest in
- Dynamics CRM / Salesforce: Good understanding of or interest in
- Qualification in business or technology related discipline
- A minimum of 1 year in business systems support or similar
- Experience administrating a CRM or reservations system will be beneficial
- Excellent analysis and research skills
- Experience and understanding of the tourism industry preferred
- Ability to multitask when there are competing priorities
