About the organisation
This market lead organisation is currently looking for a motivated CRM Service Delivery Manager to join their existing CRM support team, located on the city fringe.
About the role
Your main focus will be to own and manage support relationships, service delivery and outcomes for CRM customers. Triage, identification and sanity checking of issues that come to the support channel.
You'll need to liaise with and manage stakeholders across all impacted areas of the business to ensure that requirements are detailed and analysed. You'll need to be familiar with and strong on support process and principles. You must be detailed orientated, care about specifics and be able to plan and manage work. You must understand CRM, preferably across CRM versions from 4.0 to 2016 and be able to triage issues. You'll need to be able to work under pressure and have ability to inspire, manage and rally support team to meet customer demand.
