We are looking for excellent communicators to join our client's customer support team.

- 3am and 5am start shifts

- Join a successful IT business

Our client is in the IT industry, specialised in software licensing. In this role, you will be contacting companies in the US or Canada - taking them through the process of renewing their software licences. You must therefore have the ability to build strong relationships over the phone, as well as excellent written communication skills.

__We are looking for:__

* Previous customer support experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Good computer and system knowledge
* NZ citizens/Permanent residents

You will be taken through extensive training and be receiving ongoing support from coaches and team leaders. This is a full time role, with Tuesday to Saturday working hours. Start times will be either 3am or 5am.
